Where you will work
Schedule is an offline Windows desktop app for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit), downloaded free from timastra.com. It does not need a cloud account; keep local backups of school records.
Prepare your records
Import rooms, teachers, subjects and sections from CSV or JSON. The import preview lists rejected rows before writing records. Prepare availability and required lesson hours as well as your school lists.
Your first steps
- Download the installer and install the desktop app.
- Enter or preview-import a fictional school before adding real school records.
- Generate a timetable, review conflicts and exports, and save a backup before adopting the workflow.

What to know before choosing
The school license lasts 12 months and renews manually. At expiry, free-tier limits apply to new records; existing records remain editable, printable and publishable. The optional Schedule Online service (US$149 per school per year, renewing automatically) is a separate subscription. Hardware and timetable preparation services are separate from this license.
Need more capacity? Discuss larger capacity and agree on a supported allowance before exceeding a limit. We do not charge automatic overage fees. Each product has its own plan.
Delivery and access
Receive a Windows installer, setup instructions, an emailed receipt and a school license valid for 12 months from issue. Your order summary confirms supported Windows versions, hardware requirements and delivery timing.
Prices use the currency shown. Depending on your country, tax is added at checkout (for example, US sales tax) or already included (for example, UK and EU VAT). Your order summary confirms the total, including taxes and additional fees. Your bank may charge for currency conversion.

Can a school build timetables without a cloud account?
Yes. Schedule stores school records in a local database on your computer and does not require a cloud account. It supports timetable generation and adjustment, conflict checks, teacher cover, duty rosters, exam plans and exports for staff.
What should we prepare before building a timetable?
Prepare your teachers, rooms, student groups, subjects, availability and lesson requirements. Records import from CSV or JSON with a preview; test the workflow with a fictional school first. Keep a local backup and review conflicts before publishing a timetable.
How does the school license renew?
The license covers one school for 12 months from issue and is renewed manually. Available updates and email support are included during that term. At expiry, free-tier limits apply to adding records; existing records remain editable, printable and publishable.
