Shopping data
Timastra Shop sends your selected store, cart, contact information, delivery address, orders and checkout choices to the configured Commerce service. This information lets the merchant fulfill your order and provide order status and customer service. Guest checkout does not need an account.
Optional store accounts
If you create a store account, the service also processes your name, email, phone number, sign-in details and marketing choice. You confirm the account through an emailed link. Signed-in accounts keep order history, favorites, saved addresses, return requests and loyalty or store-credit details for that store across devices.
Device storage and notifications
The app stores preferences and session information, using platform secure storage for credentials. If you sign in and allow notifications in a build configured for them, Firebase Cloud Messaging and the service process a device registration token and platform to send order-status updates; notifications may show order information on your lock screen. Network services also receive your IP address and ordinary connection metadata.
Merchants and service providers
The merchant whose store you select receives the order and customer information needed to fulfill it. Its payment, delivery and messaging providers process the information required for those services. Follow the store privacy-policy link in the app and at checkout for that merchant's practices. This app policy supplements the store policy; it does not replace it. Opening hosted checkout or an external link is governed by the destination's policy.
Retention and deletion
Contact the merchant for order-related access, correction or deletion, or email Timastra support with the store, account email and order reference. You can make this request without signing into this website. Account ownership must be verified. Orders, invoices, refund and audit records may be retained after personal contact data is removed when required for fulfillment, security, recordkeeping or legal obligations. Backup and operator copies follow separate schedules; the deletion response identifies applicable holds and expected expiry. Uninstalling does not erase orders held by the merchant; clear app storage to remove local data.

Support messages and your privacy choices
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, troubleshoot and handle privacy requests. Email and hosting providers process these communications and ordinary connection information. We retain correspondence as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations; you may request deletion of correspondence.
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information we hold, or raise an objection or withdraw consent where applicable. Local-only records must be managed on your device because we do not hold a remote copy. Optional device permissions can be revoked in system settings. Service providers may process data outside your country under their own policies; security also depends on your device and any destinations you choose for exports.
Contact and policy changes
Email support@timastra.com for Timastra Shop privacy questions. Include the app name and enough non-sensitive information to identify your request. Never send passwords, authentication codes, recovery keys or private health, financial or photo backups. We may need to verify ownership before releasing or deleting hosted records.
