Merchants managing international online stores and the shoppers who buy from them.
What it does
- Storefront and order management
- International markets and currencies
- Payments, delivery and fulfillment workflows
Operate storefronts, fulfill orders, coordinate delivery and payment status across markets, reconcile cash on delivery where supported, support merchants and handle privacy requests.
Before you start
Where you will work
Use the merchant web workspace with an internet connection. Staff access is separate from shopper accounts. The Timastra Commerce mobile app (for merchants) and Timastra Shop serve different roles.
Prepare your records
Prepare products, variants, prices, images, stock and delivery rules. Confirm catalogue migration and the payment or delivery services enabled for your market before taking customer orders.
Your first steps
- Set up the store, currency, staff and product catalogue.
- Configure delivery and the payment methods available to your store.
- Check the storefront and a test order through fulfillment before opening for customer purchases.
See a workflow in action
Follow a sample order through store operations.
- Review the sample catalogue and an existing order.
- Explore the order's currency, payment and fulfillment information.
- Compare the order status with the store overview. Do not arrange a real delivery.
Use this workflow to assess fit, then review the plan, access terms and onboarding for your team.

What to know before choosing
Transaction fees are planned and are not currently charged on any store; we will tell you before they start, and your agreement and billing page will show them. Once enabled, they apply to new paid PHP and USD orders, including delivery and tax, less confirmed refunds. Cash-on-delivery orders count once the cash is remitted, and fees under US$5 roll into the next period. Orders in other currencies and orders placed before fees are enabled are not charged. Merchandise, delivery, payment gateway fees, domain registration and paid messaging are separate costs. Your order summary explains which transactions attract the Timastra fee, how refunds affect it and when it is collected. Shopper orders are currently paid by cash on delivery; online card payments for shoppers are not offered.
Need more capacity? Discuss larger capacity and agree on a supported allowance before exceeding a limit. We do not charge automatic overage fees. Each product has its own plan.
