Open the help centre · Follow your requests. Choose WordTrail when sending a request. A secure email link lets you follow the conversation.

Email support@timastra.com. Include WordTrail, your app version, device model, operating-system version, what happened and what you expected. You do not need an account on this website.

Include the device, app version and trail or activity. For missing pronunciation, check the installed text-to-speech voice and its offline availability. Parents and teachers should avoid including a child's name or learning history in support messages.

Email support@timastra.com with the details above. If your email app does not open, copy the address into your email service.

What to include in your message

Share only the details needed to explain the issue. Remove personal information from screenshots and leave out passwords, codes, payment details, recovery keys and access tokens.

Privacy and deletion

Read the WordTrail privacy policy or follow the account and data deletion instructions. You can ask for help with either by email without reinstalling the app.

Cost and Family Pack help

WordTrail is free to use for all seven existing learning trails. The optional Family Pack is a one-time store purchase behind a grown-ups question; there are no subscriptions, consumables or child-facing purchase prompts. For a missing unlock, open For grown-ups and choose Restore purchase with the original store account. Pending purchases unlock after store approval. Check the store account before buying again; refunds follow the store's process and applicable law. Never send payment credentials, purchase tokens or a child's learning history to support.
