ImageEnhancer is a retired photo-restoration prototype, superseded by Restora. Privacy, support and deletion guidance remains available for existing installations.

Open the help centre · Follow your requests. Choose ImageEnhancer when sending a request. A secure email link lets you follow the conversation.

Email support@timastra.com. Include ImageEnhancer, your app version, device model, operating-system version, what happened and what you expected. You do not need an account on this website.

ImageEnhancer is retired and no new access is offered. Support and privacy guidance remains available for existing installations. Specify on-device or server mode, the feature, app version and non-sensitive error. Do not attach personal photos unless support requests an example and you choose to share it. For an independently hosted server, its operator manages jobs, cloud copies and service availability.

What to include in your message

Share only the details needed to explain the issue. Remove personal information from screenshots and leave out passwords, codes, payment details, recovery keys and access tokens.

Privacy and deletion

Read the ImageEnhancer privacy policy or follow the account and data deletion instructions. You can ask for help with either by email without reinstalling the app.

Earlier purchases and configured servers

ImageEnhancer is retired and no new access is offered. For an earlier store purchase, use that store's account and refund or cancellation procedures. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription or erase provider records. An independently configured server's operator controls its plans, records and availability. Do not send purchase tokens or personal photos to support.
