Who provides this app
ImageEnhancer is provided by Timastra LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #38687, Casper, WY 82609, US. Privacy questions can be sent to support@timastra.com.
This policy explains the app’s data use, including optional features and differences between supported platforms.
Legacy installations
ImageEnhancer was retired on 29 August 2026 and is superseded by Restora. No new access is offered. The processing, provider and retention descriptions below explain the retained implementation for existing installations; they do not establish that a historical server or provider is still available. If you configured an independent server, its operator controls that service and its data handling.
Photos and processing choices
On-device restoration processes selected photos locally. Separate requests may still check server capabilities, plans or ad offers. Server restoration and explicitly labeled server/AI tools upload selected photos or clips to the configured restoration server; if that server enables hosted inference, it also sends them to Replicate. The app indicates the processing path before submission. Animation and portrait requests include your confirmation of permission to use the depicted person's likeness.
Server and cloud-library storage
The supplied restoration service deletes job inputs when processing ends and results after download or after 15 minutes. Optional cloud-library backup is off by default; when enabled it retains originals and restored photos until you delete them. These rules describe the supplied service; an independently configured server and its providers control their deployment and retention. Job processing is separate from retained cloud-library copies.
Identifiers, payments and ads
A random app-generated identifier links your plan, credit balance and cloud library to the configured server. Store receipts are sent for subscription validation; the app does not handle card details. Optional Google AdMob rewarded ads process IP addresses, device/ad identifiers, interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Ad verification can include the random app identifier, locale country and paid ad value. Google's consent system runs before ad requests; use Ad privacy options where offered.
Local storage and permissions
The app stores selected sources, restored versions and premium outputs, preferences, onboarding choices and cached plan information. API keys and bearer sessions use secure storage. Camera and photo-library access support photos you choose and results you save. Exports can preserve EXIF location metadata if you select that option. The app does not use photos to train its own models. It is not directed at children under 13.
Retention and deletion
Remove local history entries and use Settings > Cloud library > Forget cloud library before clearing app data if you want the hosted library removed. Uninstalling loses the local random identifier and does not erase the server's plan, credit or ad-accounting ledger. Contact support with the configured server and non-secret device reference for a ledger access or deletion request. The server operator determines how long plan, credit and ad-accounting records are kept for accounting and fraud prevention. Contact the operator for its retention schedule. Delete saved photo-library copies and exports separately.

Support messages and your privacy choices
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, troubleshoot and handle privacy requests. Email and hosting providers process these communications and ordinary connection information. We retain correspondence as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations; you may request deletion of correspondence.
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information we hold, or raise an objection or withdraw consent where applicable. Local-only records must be managed on your device because we do not hold a remote copy. Optional device permissions can be revoked in system settings. Service providers may process data outside your country under their own policies; security also depends on your device and any destinations you choose for exports.
Contact and policy changes
Email support@timastra.com for ImageEnhancer privacy questions. Include the app name and enough non-sensitive information to identify your request. Never send passwords, authentication codes, recovery keys or private health, financial or photo backups. We may need to verify ownership before releasing or deleting hosted records.
Material changes to the app's data practices will be reflected in this policy with an updated date and in the app where appropriate. Visiting this page is also covered by our website privacy policy.
