Questions about Timastra Inventory
Can we manage stock across multiple warehouses?
Inventory connects multi-warehouse stock records, purchasing, fulfillment and replenishment planning. Teams can trace stock movements and control warehouse access. Physical counts remain important when reconciling the recorded quantities.
What should we prepare when moving from stock spreadsheets?
Gather a sample product catalogue, warehouse list and opening stock quantities. Identify the staff responsible for receiving, transfers and fulfillment. Products import from CSV with a preview; review opening balances before adopting a new workflow.
Does the subscription include scanners or shipping?
The subscription covers stock, purchasing and fulfillment software. Hardware, inventory purchases, shipping and third-party service fees are separate. Barcode scanning may use a camera or an external scanner; confirm the intended device before rollout.
Keeping stock records reliable
Keep stock records current, check physical quantities when making stock decisions, and give warehouse access and exports only to authorized staff.
Software and service scope
This is a software subscription for stock, purchasing and fulfillment records. The plan does not include inventory purchases, hardware, shipping or third-party service fees. Use the product's available signup or enquiry path to arrange access.
